The product was delivered in a broken box, and the dryer was previously used and defective. I contacted the seller to return it, but they did not reply to my email. I called the Adriana Supplies number, and someone in their warehouse said the seller's department was asking to send them pictures. I did, but the sales department never replied and or send a label for return. I reported this to my CC so they can reverse it. So far, no one from Adriana contacted me, and I am stuck with a defective tool. Never buy from this seller; they are not legitimate, do not stand by their products, and do not honor their words.
